LOGISTICS & CURRENCY

Currency: All transactions are processed in Euro (€). For your convenience, a currency converter is available to view prices in your local denomination.
International Orders: Customs duties, local taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING POLICY

We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your pieces arrive with minimal delay. All rates below are Flat Rates based on a standard 1kg shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The 30-Day Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email contact@tracesoftheworld.com.

Sale Items & Gifts

Sale: Items purchased during a sale are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
Gifts: Returns on items marked as gifts will be issued as a digital gift credit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. We guarantee delivery within three weeks. Should an unforeseen delay occur, we will notify you immediately to schedule a revised delivery date. Our commitment is to ensure your piece reaches you as efficiently as possible.
