Pre-Orders & FAQ
As a sustainable clothing platform we offer the PRE-ORDER model of each style of our LIMITED EDITION collections. Our environmental and financial responsibility is to keep our manufacturing processes sustainable and avoid overproduction. By having an intentionally limited thoughtful production of durable, high-quality products, we retain the option to produce on-demand.
The production processes of our slow-made clothing are slower and more specialized. To make our production process more efficient we produce a small batch of Limited Edition collections. Specific sizes and/or colors are made to order for specific products on the product page.
The PRE-ORDERS are paid fully in advanced and will be confirmed by email.
For that please allow three weeks when ordering pre-order items as every item is created and finished by hand our small teams of artisans.

What does PRE ORDER mean?
You can get access to items before they're released or specific sizes that we produce-on-demand.
When will my PRE ORDER item arrive?
When ordering a PRE-ORDER item allow four weeks from purchase date, to receive your product. The exact delivery date will be notified by email-.
When do I have to pay?
Pre-Order items require full payment at checkout.
Can I cancel a PRE ORDER?
All PRE-ORDERS can be cancelled at any time.
How do I cancel a PRE ORDER?
1. To cancel your Pre-Order before delivered, please contact us at: contact@tracesoftheworld.com
2. We'll email you confirming your order cancellation.
3. In case you have received your Pre-Order item and wish to return the order, the same conditions as other orders will be applied.
4. The cancelled order will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I change my delivery address?
In case you have created an account, go to your TRACES OF THE WORLD account to change your address. You may not be able to if your item has already been sent. In case you purchased as a guest, please Contact Us
Are PRE ORDER items refundable?
Yes, just make sure items meet the conditions of our Returns&Exchange
Will PRE ORDERS items be delivered with my other orders?
No, they will be delivered separately according to the delivery date.
Is there a limit on purchasing PRE ORDER items?
No they are not, feel free to buy all the pieces you love.
