RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return policy is a commitment to the integrity of our pieces. We honor a 30-day window for returns, beginning from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION

To maintain the quality of our archive, returned items must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the initial packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all transitions.

THE RETURN PROCESS

Initiation: Contact our studio at contact@tracesoftheworld.com to request a return.
Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and specific logistical instructions.
Important: Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

DAMAGES & DISCREPANCIES

Upon arrival, we invite you to inspect your order. Should a piece be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we may rectify the issue with priority.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders represent a commitment to future craftsmanship.

Prior to Delivery: You may cancel your pre-order by contacting us directly. A confirmation email will follow, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Post-Delivery: Once received, pre-ordered items are subject to our standard return conditions.

EXCLUSIONS

In the interest of uniqueness and sustainability, we do not accept returns on:

Bespoke Pieces: Custom or personalized orders.
Archival Sales: Sale items and gift cards are considered final.

EXCHANGES

To secure a different piece efficiently, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order independently.

REFUNDS

Following the reception and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
