This document governs the relationship between the user and Traces of the World. By navigating this site or initiating a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following conditions.

02. FORMALIZATION OF CONTRACT

The content of this website constitutes an invitation to contract, not a binding offer of sale.

Order Acceptance: A contract is only established once we issue a Shipping Confirmation email.
Availability: All orders are subject to the rhythm of our artisanal production. If an item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued immediately.

03. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

We entrust our deliveries to specialized professional couriers.

Timeline: We aim to dispatch all orders within 30 days of the Order Confirmation, unless a specific pre-order window is stipulated.
Transfer of Risk: Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon physical delivery and signature.

04. PRICE & FISCALITY

Inclusions: Prices displayed include VAT (IVA) but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on our Shipping Guide.
Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

05. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you hold the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 15 business days of receiving your order.

Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, or altered garments are exempt from return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine state, including all artisanal packaging (boxes, dust bags, and labels).

06. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of income or potential profits, arising from the use of this website.

07. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, patterns, imagery, and trademarks associated with Traces of the World are the exclusive property of the brand. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

08. EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or failures in public telecommunications and transport systems.

09. JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
